Yes. In the Operations chapter you register your tax regime, upload the A1 digital certificate and configure series/numbering. Yoter issues NFC-e (valid in all states that accept it) and SAT-CF-e exclusively in SP — you can issue one or both, per branch. Support for non-fiscal thermal printers, fiscal printers, or Bluetooth for SmartPOS.
Pix (single key or dynamic QR Code), TEF/SmartPOS (Stone, Cielo, Rede, Pagar.me, SiTef), card without TEF (manual entry), cash, boleto, in-house credit and courtesy vouchers. In onboarding you connect the ones you use today — the rest can be activated later.

You define frequency rules per product/service (e.g. bath 30d, flea 90d, yearly vaccine). The engine reads history, computes a priority score (delay, first time, criticality) and generates alerts. Frequency can be FIXED (configured days), DYNAMIC (median of the pet×product history) or HYBRID. When a pet doesn't have enough samples, the engine falls back to observed frequency from pets with a similar profile — species, breed, size, coat and age range. Onboarding ships a pre-made rules kit by segment.
